Problem: Brand new mortgage company needing a yard sign design that would set them apart from other mortgage lenders.
Solution: Developed a persuasive tagline and used the red coloring from the mortgage loaner’s blouse to tie in the design and grab attention, while still maintaining branding.
Results: Approved Mortgage received substantial growth due to the yard signs. When asking new clients how they heard about this lender, the results merited the yard signs as the second best outlet (following after word-of-mouth).
